As of Jul 15, 2022 we have updated our move out procedure. You must now schedule your move out on Appfolio directly.

How do I give my notice to vacate to my property manager?

Your property manager can choose whether or not you can give notice through the Online Portal. If this feature is enabled you can find it on the Contact Us tab. Select Request Notice to Vacate in the Contact Options block. Provide your desired move out date, your reason for leaving, and your forwarding address (if you have it), then click Submit. If your property manager does not offer this feature, you’ll need to contact them directly.

Offboarding Checklist
  • 15 days notice prior to next billing cycle
  • Clean pod, closet and bathroom space of all personal belongings and trash
  • Take off all sheets and pillow cases, eave in a pile on bed or take with you. 
  • Clean out fridge/dry bins and wipe them down 
  • Clean out your food from freezer 
  • Make sure all personal belongings are out of all common areas and storages 
15 Days Notice

You will be responsible for your next month member dues if you have not provided 15 days notice prior to your next billing cycle. Please note we are not a hotel, and do not have a daily rate. We only bill by the month.

Long-term Agreements

Please make sure to note when your agreement expires. If you plan to break your agreement and terminate early you may be responsible for the balance of the agreement. Please contact [email protected] if you are looking to break your long-term agreement to see if there is an accommodation that can be made for any part of your remaining balance due.

Check the last day of your term

If you have stayed with us for over one month your agreement ends on the last day of the month, not the 1st of the next month.

Most likely we will have a move-in coming on the 1st of the month and the space will need to vacated for another member. You will be required to vacate the premises by 5pm on your move out day.

Hold Over

If you plan to hold over past your agreement end date, please let us know. Please note that your member rate will increase by 200% of your base rent on a per diem basis.

Return of Security Deposit

Your security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your move out date.

We prefer to send this with direct deposit through appfolio, but can also send you a check, or if you are international, we can make a payment with TransferWise
